How to brew, what the difference is between a Single, a Blend and a Ritual, delivery times and what to do if a herb does not suit you.
How do I brew a single herb?
One reference dose (or one heaped teaspoon, about 2g) per cup, 250ml of water just off the boil, cover, steep 6–8 minutes, strain. Yerba mate is the exception: 75–80°C, never boiling.
What's the difference between a Single, a Blend and a Ritual?
A Single is one herb in a pouch. A Blend is a finished tea with one job (sleep, immunity, a cold). A Ritual is a complete daily plan: several herbs, each in its own pouch, with a brewing card and set times. Start with a Single if you're new.
How do I buy a Ritual?
Choose Starter or Monthly on the Ritual page and add it to your cart, or message us and we'll help you pick.
Can I roll the herbs instead of brewing them?
The herbs in our Smoking Herbs category can be brewed or rolled. Everything else is for brewing only.
Are these safe with my medication?
Most are, some aren't. Each product page says who it isn't for; if you take regular medication, check with your doctor first.
Do you deliver outside Abuja?
Yes, nationwide. Abuja orders usually arrive within 24 hours; other cities in 2–6 working days. Delivery is arranged with you after checkout — dispatch or Uber in Abuja, or a courier to other cities. The fee is confirmed on contact and is not charged at checkout. Abuja orders above ₦120,000 are delivered free.
What if a herb doesn't suit me?
Message us within 3 days. Unopened pouches can be returned and swapped for a different herb once.
